Initial nutrition consultations are a deep-dive, one-on-one Telehealth appointment where we develop a greater understanding of your full health picture - your health history, current diet, sleep, stress, lifestyle and environment. We'll assess relevant body systems, review any recent pathology, and get clear on your goals. From there, a personalised treatment plan is built specifically for you.
This service is designed for all new clients joining Flux for the first time.

Follow-up nutrition consultations are check-in appointments that can be arranged as often - or as little - as you need. We'll review your progress and ensure you always have the tools, resources and support to keep moving toward your health goals.
This service is designed for all clients returning to Flux after completing an initial consultation.

Sometimes things come up that might not warrant a full follow-up consultation. Acute consultations provide the time and space to address one specific concern.
This service is designed for existing clients who require targeted, timely support for a short-term concern such as managing a cold and flu.

Supplement reviews are quick appointments that provide the opportunity to review your current supplement regime, address any questions you may have about these supplements, and assess whether everything you are taking is still aligned with your treatment plan, health goals and current health status.

Before your appointment, you'll receive an initial intake form to complete online. It covers your health history, current symptoms, diet, and lifestyle, so that your consultation can dive straight into what matters most to you. Having a list of any current medications or supplements on hand is also helpful. If you have any recent pathology, these can be attached to the intake form.

Clinical nutrition can support a broad range of health concerns including digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, fatigue, skin conditions, immune health, weight management, stress, and chronic disease management. Clinical nutrition is also a great way to optimise your health for your current age and stage of life, as well as supporting healthy ageing. If you're unsure whether your concern is something that can be supported nutritionally, a Discovery Call is a great place to start.

No referral is needed - you can book directly through the website at a time that suits you.
That being said, I warmly welcome referrals from GPs and allied health professionals. Collaborative care between your existing healthcare team and your nutritionist often leads to the best outcomes, so if your doctor or another practitioner has pointed you my way, I am glad to work alongside them.

All consultations are conducted online via a secure video platform, making it easy to access clinical nutrition support from anywhere in Australia. All you need is a stable internet connection and a quiet space - everything else is taken care of. The link to access your Telehealth consultation can be found in your booking confirmation email.

Life happens, and it is completely understood that plans sometimes change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur 50-100% of the consultation fee. If an emergency arises, please get in touch as soon as possible.
